A Different Kind of DT Story

As you become more familiar with the creative strategies and mindsets behind DT, you realize that they can be applied not just in business but also in life. To illustrate this point, I share a different kind of story (of one of my favorite design projects).

I've started telling this story recently to help folks see design thinking more expansively and to relate to the practice more deeply at a personal level.

Also in this session, I review the key principles behind rapid & low-res prototyping (DT-style) and explain why "experience prototyping" is so effective as a thinking and collaboration technique.
