How does it work?
Inspired by the notion of “flipping classrooms”, this is a new kind of digital learning experience for teams that feels like an expert-led design thinking workshop, but that you can run yourself.
All you need is a team and about 30-45 minutes a day for a week! Here’s how…
Kickoff
Choose a week to start and gather as a team for a kickoff meeting. Align on goals, run a creative warm-up activity, and access the materials.
Team Meeting

Watch
Then everyone watches a short design thinking video each day, on their own time. Share ah-ha moments and ask questions via a team chat (e.g., WhatsApp or Slack).
Self-led Videos + Team Chat

Discuss
Wrap up the week by meeting again to review key take-away points. Discuss implications for your work and identify next steps as a team.
